University of South Carolina
Chartered in 1901, the University still remains on its original site in Columbia, the state capital. The campus has grown from one building on the historic Horseshoe to 156 facilities on 351 acres. USC Columbia offers more than 350 undergraduate and graduate courses of study. Programs range from liberal arts and sciences to business, law, medicine, and other professional studies.

Columbia College
Founded in 1854, Columbia College is the eleventh oldest women's college in the country and one of the top liberal arts colleges for women in the South. The College is a private, liberal arts, women's college with a co-educational Evening College and Graduate School. Approximately 1500 undergraduate and graduate students attend each year. More than 40 majors and a premedical program are offered as well as graduate programs.

Midlands Technical College
Midlands Technical College (MTC) offers more than 90 degrees, diplomas and certificate programs of study. MTC's continuing education program is one of the largest of its kind among two-year colleges in the state, serving approximately 30,000 residents each year. MTC offers several locations including its Beltline, Airport, and Harbison Campuses.

CIU is a dynamic university, seminary, and graduate school that trains Christians for global missions, full-time Christian service, and vocational ministry in a variety of careers.
